Course Description
This course serves to provide an overview of basic lung ultrasound for respiratory therapists at London Health Sciences Centre. The material presented here, along with practical in-person training, will equip participants with the skills necessary to obtain and interpret lung ultrasound images. Topics to be covered include:
Basics and Physics
Artefacts
Image Interpretation
At the end of the course there will be a quiz to be completed to ensure key concepts are consolidated prior to beginning the practical portion.
